How can I enable my employees to access their data regardless of the site at which they are working?
Specialising in management consultancy, the Delta company has a team of 50 highly mobile consultants. Delta wants its consultants to be able to connect easily to the central server, which holds all of their files, from any of its five sites, but would also like to be certain that the data transferred remains confidential.
Multisite
Perceval links the five sites together using a secure, broadband connection system. The consultants each have personal access to the system, regardless of where they login from, by entering their username and password. The Delta managers can define which folders and files are accessible for each user, and the system records each access and all the files viewed or downloaded. The broadband connections can also be used instead of the «classic» telephone calls between the different sites.
