How is it possible for my existing clients to manage their orders online?

Specializing in the hiring out and maintenance of work clothing, the Gamma company would like to offer its clients an internet platform that allows them to manage their account: to order clothing for new workers, to change the sizes, to change the delivery point (for work sites), to order new clothing outside of the normal maintenance cycle (torn or soiled clothing). Invoicing and payment is always carried out «off-line».

What can Perceval offer?

Perceval sets up an internet site that allows each client to access his account via an individual code. Using a specific module, each company can decide which employees have access to which information. For example, it is possible to restrict access for site managers to the ordering module alone, and to make all information on prices and invoicing available only to HR and account managers.
